GENERAL INFORMATIONS
The sale of products is regulated by Legislative Decree no. 70/2003implementing Directive EEC n.2000 / 31 / EC and in accordance with article 7 of the same, are reported in this section the general conditions of sale and any information provided for in favor of the consumer.
All SK8BITES Customers are encouraged to read these Terms and Conditions before each purchase. SK8BITES reserves the right to modify or update the contents at any time. Any changes will be valid from the moment of their publication on the website. The customer, by sending the purchase order, unconditionally accepts and approves the General Conditions of Sale set out below.

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
To place an order you must have reached the age of majority. Orders submitted will only be binding upon receipt of our confirmation e-mail that the whole order process has been duly completed and the payment has been authorized (depending on the different methods of payment and according to the unavailability of products) .
Product prices include VAT. Product prices do not include shipping costs that will be calculated on the rate in effect at the time of order and are charged to the customer.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under dell'art.64 Decree 206/2005 the customer has the right of withdrawal on the purchased products. The customer can exercise this right within 10 working days from receipt of goods (not tampered with, and integrates in the same condition in which it is received) by registered mail with return receipt. The communication can be sent, within the same period, by telegram, electronic mail, facsimile, provided it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within forty-eight hours. The notice shall state the product for which you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal, specifying the request for replacement with another product of equal value or total refund of the price. The refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of notice of withdrawal. The shipping costs for returned products are paid by the customer. It is not expected any form of reimbursement for the costs of delivery of product delivery made.
SHIPMENTS
SK8BITES entrusts shipments to external couriers, the goods travel in port charged on the invoice related to the costs and risks of transport to be charged to the customer. Upon delivery the customer is obliged to point out to the carrier, resulting damages, missing items or tampering with themselves and to describe them hills on the transport of goods document. Verbal claims will have no value. For amounts see the space "Shipping" in the Home Page.
DELIVERY TIME the order will be processed within 1/2 working days if product is available in stock. In case the product is not available and to be ordered you will be contacted soon.
RULES 'OF PAYMENT
Stede sas guarantees security for payments and the total guarantee of privacy. The payment of the products delivered must be paid by the customer among the systems available at the time of order (credit card, bank transfer).

JURISDICTION AND COMPETENCE
Any dispute regarding the application and execution of this contract will be subject to Italian jurisdiction. The power belongs exclusively to the Court of Bologna
