SHIPMENT

For the Available articles, the order is normally processed within 24/48 hours from confirmation, excluding Saturdays and holidays (unless sold, stock errors, strikes, unpredictable events, etc.).
The shipment is priority processed via DHL  (or DPD carrier in case of necessity for high volume).
For every web order a confirmation e-mail notification is sent, followed by a pdf of the receipt / invoice and shipping tracking (LDV).
